The hotel is great value for money and offers prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail in the rooms, such as the big bathrooms and the availability of rooms with 3 beds, make it stand out. The location, very near the convention center, is perfect for those attending events or exhibitions.
Nothing to improve, all was just fine.

Very nice offer...but they sell as apartment a big room. It´s not an apartment is only a bigger room, they have to change the name of the offer.
Take care about the so called apartment, is only a bigger room.

We stayed in a hotel located in a quiet area close to the city centre. It was easy to explore the city by tram and there were also supermarkets nearby. the room was clean and facilities were basic but adequate. the Indian restaurant downstairs served delicious food.
The staff had trouble with English, leading to several communication issues.

The location was great, close to the city center and easy access to public transportation. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the restaurant downstairs had amazing food, definitely a must-try during your stay.
During our stay, we experienced some issues. Firstly, the staff was not very friendly or helpful, making it difficult to communicate. Secondly, the shower didn't have hot water for two days, which was very disappointing. Lastly, despite being advertised, the hotel did not accept American Express, causing some confusion during check-in. while the location and amenities were good, the negative aspects of our experience greatly impacted our stay.

The hotel offered a good value for money and the location was excellent with supermarkets and the city center nearby. the wifi connection was awesome and really dependable which was a great convenience.
There were some communication problems with the staff as they did not speak English fluently which led to misunderstandings. there were issues with the bill payments as they did not accept an American Express card, despite signs suggesting otherwise.
